How long is the warranty for a product?
The warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase for all Comfort Zone products.
Do I need to have the sales receipt for a warranty claim?
Yes, a sales receipt is needed for all warranty claims.
How do I start the return/refund process?
If you are within the first 30 days, please email us at (firstname.lastname@example.org) to start the process. If you are past the first 30 days of purchase, please email us at (email@example.com) to begin the process.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
It takes 24 - 48 hours after the product is received by our team for a refund to be issued.

Do you sell replacement parts?
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not sell replacement parts.
All returns must meet the below criteria to be considered for a refund.
- Items must be returned in the condition they were received including all original packaging and accessories.
- Items must ship in a packing box. Do not attached labels to original product packaging as this will change the condition of the item.
- Items must be returned within the 30 day return time frame.
Items that are defective can be returned for a full refund. Once the defective item arrives at our facility a full refund will be processed. Items that are returned as “defective” but are not actually defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and cost of original shipping. Please read each listing carefully to make sure you are purchasing the correct item.
All items returned for reasons other than defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and cost of original shipping. If these items are returned in good condition and meet all of our return requirements the restock fee may be waived.
