Return Policy

Mr. Brands, LLC. extends a 30-day Return/Exchange Policy for all products purchased directly from Mr. Brands, LLC.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned with all original packing materials including UPC, manuals, and all accessories.  H2B reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for all non-warranty returns, or if any of the original materials are missing.  No returns are accepted after 30 days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items not eligible for return include:
•    tampered or altered products;
•    any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
•    any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
•    items not meeting any return or exchange requirements set forth in this policy.

Exchange or Return Process:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Most sale items cannot be refunded; please check the Site for notices of final sales.

Submit a Return Request:

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the 
refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return. 1. Log in to your account: 1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue. 2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification
code included in the email. 3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. 2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. 3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. 4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. 5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with
shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

When shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  

NOTE:  Mr. Brands, LLC. is NOT responsible for lost merchandise. You will be asked to provide Proof of Delivery should the shipment not be received by Mr. Brands, LLC.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.  If you are approved, then your refund/exchanged product, will be processed.  If issuing a refund, we will credit the account used for payment.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product or refund to reach you, may vary due to processing and shipping time.  Please allow up to 48 hours from receipt of your product(s) for a refund or up to 10 days after receipt for a replacement product to arrive.
